General cargo is handled in all ports of the group. In Kalundborg and Fredericia there is approx. 30,000 square meters of warehouses dedicated to general cargo and 30,000 square meters with Holger Lehmann in Lübeck. In total Lehmann has 350,000 m2 and 3 RoRo ramps at its disposal.

Fredericia is the primary Danish hub for distribution of steel products in Scandinavia and North Europe. In a close cooperation with partners Fredericia Shipping, tailor makes the right transport solutions from producer to end user with own chartering and door-to-door transport. Fredericia Shipping handles approximately 200.000 tons of steel every year by ship, rail, container and truck through its own dedicated terminal in Fredericia.

In addition Fredericia Shipping handles all containers in the port of Fredericia, approximately 35,000 TEU per year with two weekly feeder calls by Unifeeder.

Schultz Shipping has three primary functions related to general cargo.

Servicing local production units in Kalundborg with raw materials for production.

Handling of finished goods for exports.

Distribution of bagged goods to end-users on Zealand.

Lehmann in Lübeck is also a close partner of our group. With a quay length of 2,000 meters and employing 160 people where 120 work in the port, Lehmann is a fully fledged service provider covering RORO, LOLO, individually packed goods, bulk cargo, heavy cargo and high quality goods like paper and pulp.

The centre is multifunctional and the specialized terminals are perfectly situated for connecting transports via road, rail, onwards and forwards. Own railway sidings, powerful material handling, modern warehouses and future orientated quay facilities are all cornerstones.
